In lieu of a New Year’s resolution, this year I asked my team to sum up their intentions for the year in a single word. It’s a challenging exercise to encapsulate one’s vision in such a concise form, however, when read together, these words give a powerful reflection of our team’s vision for the next 12 months. Here are the results:

As the team leader and CEO, my main focus this year is to drill into the data and leverage our local knowledge and my vast industry experience so that I can be involved with clients where I am most impactful. In addition, I want to help guide our clients to make impactful decisions that get them to their next chapter. But, given the large forces at play in the real estate market and broader economy, that can’t happen unless our clients are willing to be adaptable as Todd notes. 

Lauren and Allison are spot on with their desire to be proactive and purposeful with their approach to our work with our Sellers, aiming to be one step ahead at all times rather than chasing the market. 

For our Buyers, Wendy and Sarah have realized, in a time of low inventory and changing interest rates, you must be resourceful to bring a deal together while remaining energized. No decision can be made without being fierce advocates for our clients and helping them make informed and insightful decisions, as Matt strives to do when assisting all of our clients.

Beyond being strategic, we cannot lose our ability to be nurturing during one of the biggest financial and personal decisions of our clients lives. Our incredible support staff allows us to continue to provide attentive service and world class marketing, leading to the best possible outcome. Cheers to 2023!
