In the whirlwind of market reports and interest rate discussions, I was beautifully reminded this week about what truly matters in real estate—the magic of home. 

When listing houses, we have the honor of becoming storytellers for our clients. One of my favorite traditions is asking sellers to write a "love letter" to potential buyers, sharing their experiences in the home they're parting with.  

This week, while reading such a letter from our clients at 19 Warwick Court in Lafayette, I couldn't help but smile at the rich life they had created within those walls. It struck me that not once did they mention what they paid for the home, their interest rate, refinancing history, or whether they purchased at a market peak or valley. 

Instead, they shared the story of a life well-lived, which I'd like to share with you in their own words:
