Today, as the market shifts, the herd has literally stopped moving despite opportunities you could have only dreamt about just two months ago. Should you stay with the pack or make a bold move and take advantage of today’s market? What are the consequences of doing nothing?

Sellers: It has been an incredible run and Lamorinda sales prices are no longer setting records, but they are still substantially higher than they were before the Great COVID Migration began.
