Today’s love story offers a shout out to the creative Orinda residents who created a way to support local restaurants and health care workers. As a result of their forward thinking, several Orinda restaurants have teamed up with these residents to participate in a joint fundraiser that feeds health care workers at John Muir Health, Walnut Creek Medical Center. They are asking for donations from the community, then use the money raised to cook up to 600 meals a day to feed the hospital. It’s a win-win for all!
