The recent fluctuations in interest rates have significantly impacted the real estate landscape, creating challenges for our clients in Lamorinda over the past year. In response to this dynamic market, we have decided to revamp our sales team and shift our approach away from our team’s specialty focus. Lauren Woolsey, Allison O'Brien, and I will now handle all aspects of buying and selling seamlessly, with strong support from the rest of our experienced team. This strategic move will allow me to take a more hands-on role in the field, leveraging my unique expertise to make a real difference for our clients in this complex market. Both Lauren and Allison are already actively engaged with agents and clients. However, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our buyers' needs will allow them to identify opportunities as they arise.

As part of these changes, we want to acknowledge that Sarah Kellar and Wendy Means are no longer part of our team. We are immensely grateful for their years of dedication and contributions to our team and clients, and we sincerely wish them the best in their future endeavors.
