Since 2018, Ginny has been an integral part of the Dana Green Team, where she expertly orchestrates the complex process of preparing homes for market. Her role as project manager involves coordinating with a vast network of vendors, managing comprehensive property preparation timelines, and ensuring every detail is executed to perfection. From scheduling prep work to overseeing repairs and improvements, Ginny's meticulous approach keeps projects running smoothly and on schedule. 

Starting as a staging specialist with Tailored House Inc., Ginny quickly demonstrated her talent for logistics and timeline management, leading to her current role where she masterfully balances multiple projects while maintaining clear communication with both clients and service providers. Her background in event coordination and elementary education has honed her skills in organization, multitasking, and creating order from complexity. 

A native of the Alamo area, Ginny's deep roots in the community enhance her ability to source and manage the region's top contractors and service providers. As a mother of three boys, she has dedicated countless hours to school district volunteer work and has served on various committees and boards for local charities, clubs, and schools.
