This week I want to share something I'm genuinely excited about: the Fall real estate market is here.

Fall has always been the second busiest season of our real estate year in Lamorinda, and it officially kicks off the day after Labor Day. Our team has been preparing for months, and I can honestly say this is one of the most varied and compelling lineups of listings we've had in a while.

Given the number of listings we're preparing to bring to market, we believe this window will have real legs, likely stretching through Thanksgiving.
