Not all Buyers, Sellers and Realtors are created equal! At the Dana Green Team, we pride ourselves on being big-picture Realtors, with heart, work ethic, and integrity. We have a proven process, and we follow it because we know how important it is to all parties to buy and sell homes the right way! We know surprises kill deals and cause stress to everyone. It is really important to know that you will not always see things as organized on the other side of the transaction or in the marketplace in general. There is no uniform way to sell a house. In this fast-paced Seller’s market, we are seeing houses thrown on the market quickly. When representing Buyers, we sometimes receive sloppy disclosures and fewer inspections than desired. And, sometimes when we close escrows with our Buyers, we find that the Sellers left dirty houses, missing light bulbs, broken sprinklers, and other hidden surprises. It feels awful to all of us when this happens. Please know, as our clients, we will always encourage you to take the high road and do the right thing. Always put yourself in the shoes of the person on the other side of the transaction. You will benefit from this philosophy.
