Our team and clients experienced flat values and record low inventory in 2023 vs. 2022, but we are honored to have helped 62 families begin the next chapter of their lives this year! 

It is a privilege to be considered your trusted real estate advisors. 2024 Marks the 16th straight year our team has been the #1 real estate team in Lafayette. With that comes a responsibility to give back to the community that has wrapped its arms around our team. We are proud to have donated over $500,000 to local nonprofit organizations. THANK YOU for making this possible. 

As we embark on 2024, we have over 1,250 real estate transactions and 2.5 billion dollars in sales behind us. We have honed our skills and strengthened our team with each sale.
