A few months ago, we started a matchmaker-style campaign that is being copied by Realtors across the United States (we are flattered). The campaign asks the public to think of The Dana Green Team as your matchmakers. We represent buyers who want to buy and are willing to pay fair prices. We have sellers who want to sell while living in their houses. In fact, if you want to join this matchmaker inventory pool as a seller, we will help you develop your sales price and strategy. If you are a buyer, we are running ads, sending postcards to neighborhoods, posting on sites like Top Agent Network and our website, sending a weekly newsletter of buyer needs to the real estate community and our full database of community members, talking to other Realtors, and essentially doing all we can to broadcast the homes you are seeking!
The second thing we are doing is really trying to make the process easier for sellers. We have created an off-market protocol explaining the three paths to sell your house without going on the full Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
