The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends report released  on September 6, 2011, ranked Lafayette Realtor Dana Green #153 in the United States based on 2010 sales volume.

Green, who has been Lafayette’s top realtor since 2008 and the top producer in Contra Costa County in 2010, credits this sustained volume growth to the confidence her long time clients place in her. Green’s business, which includes representing both buyers and sellers, is primarly based on word of mouth referrals.

The WSJ/REAL Trends ranking came as a pleasant surprise.

“I am humbled and honored to be recognized with these other real estate industry leaders. Congratulations to all!” said Green.
